Count Klancain (クランカイン 伯爵 Kurankain-Hakushaku?) is a supporting character that appears in the ALDNOAH.ZERO television series. He is a member of the Orbital Knights and currently Emperor Consort to Asseylum Vers Allusia of the Vers Empire.

He appears to be a humble and friendly person and does not share the same distaste of Terrans as his father had.
History
He was seen approaching the Moon Base and looking forward to meeting the son of Dr. Troyard. (AZ2: "The Fortune's Fool")
Relationships
Count Cruhteo is his deceased father. It is unknown what kind of relationship the two had while his father was alive.
He first met Princess Asseylum at a ceremony and the encounter each other again when the moon base was under attack while he was visiting Cout Troyard. She then announces their marriage. (AZ2: "The Unvanquished")
